Roof Warranties

Best Professional Roofing follows all the manufacturer's warranties and  we have our own warranties as follows:

All manufacturers of roofing products have their own warranties and will abide by them, all roofing contractors have their own warranties and will abide by them, on any resolution and dispute; Best Professional Roofing will fix all roof leaks according to this warranty and will take care of all labor and materials.

1.All warranties are set by the contractor and manufacturer.

2.Best Professional Roofing warranty: All proposals have a time of years and months for warranty please see your proposal to know what warranty you have and follow all maintenance that is required to keep your warranty in good standing.

3.All new roofs must be install by a roofing contractor and its employees.

4.All roof repairs have a small warranty and is limited by roof repair and roofing materials.

5.All roofing defects are not covered by Best Professional Roofing they are covered by the manufacturer of the roofing products.

6.All damages to the roof after is installed and the owner approves it, must be fix by owner as Best Professional Roofing gives you a new roof with no damages on it.

7.All contractors, people, persons, companies, etc. doing work on the roof after is being install they must call Best Professional Roofing, to get approval or to waterproof anything going or been installed on the roof.

8.No persons, animals, contractors, companies of any type are allowed on the roof unless permitted or approve by Best Professional Roofing.

9.All damage cause to the new roof by others must be fix by the people who did the damage or the owner of the property or building.

10.All termites or pests damage all roofs, this is excluded from all warranties.

11.All damage caused by AC contractors, antenna TV contractors and others will void the warranty.

12.Best Professional Roofing from date of contract will fix all roof leaks as long as the owner or owners, apply roof maintenance after the roof is installed and call Best Professional Roofing the first year from the date of contract for roof check up, and after two years that the roof was installed, new maintenance must be applied to the new roof every two years to keep our warranty until the warranty is over, a fee will apply for all roof maintenance and work.

13.Best Professional Roofing will not be liable for a roof that was damage by somebody else or for lack of maintenance.

14.Owners must call Best Professional Roofing after they see or encounter a roof leak.

15.Best Professional Roofing will fix all roof leaks that are associated with our work.

16.All roof manufacturers will fix all roofing defects associated with their materials or defects of materials.

17.Every proposal has an asterisk mark for warranty instructions and restrictions.

18.All new roofs and roof repairs that carry a warranty must have roof maintenance applied the first year and every two years after from the date of contract.

19.All acts of God and nature damage is not covered under this warranty.

20.All bullets or objects damaging or penetrating the roof after is installed is not covered under this warranty.

21.Warranty will be extended only to the person or persons signing the proposal contract and must be under maintenance in order to have warranty.

22.Owner must call for roof check up one year after roof is installed and every two years for roof maintenance until the warranty is over.

23.Best Professional Roofing will charge 300 dollars per hour for time waste resulting from a bad call or from a call from the home owner that did not know where the leak was or was something else and is not regarding the roof or associated with the roof.

24.A fee of 300 dollars per hour will added when we check any roof warranties and is not our fault.

25.Please follow all warranty specs.

26.If a roof is not paid in full, is not under warranty.

27.In order to make a claim a signed proposal is needed and the person claiming the warranty must be listed on the proposal or his or her signature must be there on the proposal contract.

28.A fee will apply for all roof maintenance and repairs.

29.Warranty is void if there is no roof maintenance after the roof is installed, please see above for more reference; Maintenance is required on the first year and then every two years or warranty is void.
